 The

of the company, Capt. Eddy Ndoms is
himself a reputable maritime/oilfield operator and a
seasoned 'pIayer' within the Nigerian
International Oil & Gas Private Sector. Having been
actively involved at senior officer and management
levels in the oil and gas maritime industrial sector
during the last fifteen (18) years, it is very easy to
figure the quantum of knowledge and power he must have
acquired so far. Highly experienced ins hip handling and
deep sea navigation, he is equally very vast in maritime
administration, personnel/crew planning, human resources
and shipping operations management. Capt. Ndoms is
computer literate, articulate and numerate. He works
well alone or as a valued team leader, enjoying the
responsibility of leadership and adopting 'on the spot'
approach to problem solving on matters of urgency .
At the international level, Capt. Ndoms,
at different times during the period under reference,
served in various capacities for previous employers in
the oil & gas industry ranging from captain of sea-going
vessels, Port Captain, Marine Coordinator and way up to
Marine super indent. He is also very familiar with flag
state and classification society safety procedures,
documentation and certification. Understands ISO 9000
series regulation and implementation. Fully trained and
duly certified on rules and regulations of international
safety Management (ISM) Code and Co-Team Leader in ISM
Code implementation division of pervious employers. He
enjoys completing projects on time and within budget and
can be relied upon to exceed expectation. Most
interesting of all, he is very good at policy making and
reforms necessary for marine/oil and gas investment
guidelines. Capt. E. Ndoms has a long time involvement
in servicing oil companies such; Mobil, SPDC, Chevron,
Ashland (Adax}, OPL, Dupont, etc. He had worked in other
part of the world including; Angola, Cameroon, Congo,
Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Cote 0' Ivoire, the
Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, South America and USA.

The Executive Director, Engr.
Chris O. Idehenre is a highly experienced marine engineer of
Sea-going vessels; Motor Tankers, Supply Vessels andTugs,
etc. including passenger vessels. Being actively
involved in shipping operations over the years, he heads the
technical team of our company. Engr. Chris has worked in
several European, Asian and in West African countries. Engr.
Chris understands flag state and classification society
safety procedures, documentation and certification. He
understands ISO 9000 series regulations and implementation.
Well trained and certified on rules and regulations of
international safety management (ISM) Code.

Marine Operations:
Capt. Patrick
Kekong is very experienced in ship handling and deep sea
navigation, maritime administration, personnel/crew
planning, human resources and shipping operations,
management, recruitment of expatriate and national marine /
offshore staff. Computer literate, articulate and numerate.
Works well alone with minimum supervision or as a valued
team leader, enjoying the responsibility of leadership.
Vastly experienced
in things of marine/oilfield operations and of technical
nature adopting 'on the spot' approach to problem solving.
Familiar with supervision of multinationals and local work
force having worked with different Nationals on Vessels and
Maritime Companies.
He has cognate
experience in maritime operations (fisheries, oilfield,
passenger service, etc.) working in these areas since 1984.
Very familiar with flag state and classification society
safety procedures, documentation and certification. He
understands ISO 9000 series regulations and implementations.
Long time involvement in servicing Oil Companies including,
Mimi Transport, Petro Med Oils, South South Fisheries,
Magami Fisheries, among others.
He has worked in
Companies in West Africa (west Coast), West Indies, South
America, Gulf of Mexico and US South Coast.

Abdallah is a renowned business man who has a world class
experience in business development. He has worked for
over 28 years in the following countries. Lebanon,
USA, and Nigeria and he is very conversant with the Nigerian
Oil and Gas industry and is a Partner to Ehco Ventures
